Local History & Genealogy Manager

Brian Grubbs, MA

Brian Grubbs is the manager of Local History & Genealogy at the Springfield-Greene County Library District in Missouri; where he has worked for the past sixteen years. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a M.A. in museum studies, and B.S. in history from Truman State University. Throughout his career, Grubbs has led multiple award-winning digitization projects. For his work in the digitization field, Grubbs was named an AT&T Special Districts Technology Innovation Award winner in the Leadership Category for 2021.
