What kind of support will I have?
Whether you are leading your session from home or have reserved a webinar streaming room in the Salt Palace, you will be assigned a moderator to join you in your StreamYard session. Your moderator will help you get situated and take care of all the technical aspects of your session. The moderator will welcome attendees and can introduce you if you would like. They will also help feed you questions from the chat during Q&A.
We will also have helpers available for those of you using a webinar streaming room in the Salt Palace.
Each webinar streaming room in the Salt Palace will be set up with:
- a table with two chairs
- A laptop, running Windows and a second monitor
- This laptop will also be hardwired to the internet.
- One microphone on a stand
- Web camera
- Ring lights
If leading your webinar remotely, we ask that you do the following:
- Use a microphone or headphones so your voice is clear and easy to hear.
- Check your lighting to be sure your face is not washed out or in shadows
- Be sure your computer is plugged in and your internet is stable.
- Your moderator will join you in StreamYard to help you set up.
