Raymond Hahus, 87, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010 at his home. 
He was born September 15, 1922 in Oriole son of the late Alvin and Olive (James) Hahus. Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Homer and Leonard Hahus, and a sister Hilda Roehm. 
Raymond was a U.S. Navy veteran, farmer and owner of the former Oriole General Store. He married Dorothy Farris October 24, 1944. He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, American Legion Post #213 and life member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1172. 
He is survived by his wife; a daughter and her husband; a son and his wife; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery where there will be military graveside rites conducted by American Legion Post # 213. Rev. Aaron Pfaff will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday and from 9:00 until 10:30 AM on Wednesday at Huber Funeral Home Tell City Chapel. 
Memorial contributions may be made to Augustine Catholic Church or Cemetery.
