Rose (nee Boehm) Resler died on August 7, 1966 Mrs. Resler is Dead at Age 91 Mrs. Michael ( Rose ) Resler, 91, of 1506 S. Maple Ave., died at 12:35 p.m. Sunday at the Marshfield Convalescent Center where she had resided since March 1966. She had been in ill health the past four years. Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joachim's Catholic Church in Pittsville with Rev. Peter Eiden officiating. Burial will be made in St. Joachim's cemetery at Pittsville. The body will repose at the Rehms Funeral Home from noon Tuesday until time of services. A general rosary service will be conducted there at 8 p.m. Tuesday, and the Altar Society rosary will be said at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. The former Rose Boehm was born Sept. 25, 1874, at Durand, and received her education there. Her marriage to Michael Resler, who preceded her in death in 1933, took place May 23, 1894, at Durand. The couple made their home in Durand until 1919 when they moved to the town of Cary where she had resided until four years ago. She then live with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Baltus until going to the convalescent center. Mrs. Resler was a member of the Altar Society of St. Joachim's Church at Pittsville. Survivors are four sons, Joseph and Felix, route 2, Marshfield; John, Mosinee; and Andrew, route 1, Marshfield; three daughters Mrs. Elmer (Elizabeth) Baltus and Mrs. Ernest (Gertrude) Anderson, Marshfield; and Mrs. Lloyd (Rosella) Fenske, Fox Lake; five brothers, Ignatz Boehm, Wisconsin Rapids; John Boehm, Edgar; Thomas and Robert, Mosinee; and Henry, Milwaukee; three sisters, Mrs. Marg Magadance, and Mrs. Joseph Steveler, Eau Claire; and Mrs. Agnes Nussberger, Durand; 19 grandchildren and 77 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons, a daughter and a sister. Mrs. Resler Rites PITTSVILLE- Services were conducted Wednesday morning at St. Joachim's Catholic Church here for Mrs. Rose Resler, who died Sunday. The Rev. Peter Eiden officiated, and burial was made in St. Joachim parish cemetery.
