Gustave P. Wagner, ages 79 passed away Monday morning after an extended illness. 

He was born April 18, 1888 in the Town of Rockland, Manitowoc County and had been a resident of Appleton for the past 43 years. He had been employed at the Appleton Machine Company prior to his retirement 14 years ago. 

Mr. Wagner is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Carmen Mielke, Appleton; one son, Gerald, Appleton; 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
