Coroners death certificates, 1879-1904

Manuscript/Manuscript on Film
[Chicago, Illinois : Kodak Center, 195-?]
27 microfilm reels ; 35 mm.

Microfilm of original records at the Cook County courthouse, Chicago, Illinois.

Certificates for each month are arranged alphabetically by first letter of surname. So, certificate dates within the date intervals found in the film inventory below will not be in chronological order. In fact, it has been noted that certificates written during a later year can be found before certificates written during an earlier year. Finding the right month and year may require searching several alphabetical sequences on a reel of film.
