Depositions created under "An Act to enable resident Aliens to take and hold Real Estate and for other purposes." Passed New York legislature on 21 April 1825.

Covers four volumes out of fifty-four volumes of depositions located at the New York State Library.

Consists of an alphabetical list of aliens listing area of residence, date of real estate deposition, and sometimes the country or area of immigration.
