Chiefly a record of some ancestors of James Louis Speidel. He was born 19 Apr 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio. He married Lynda Lee Hamilton 4 Jan 1961 in Aiken, South Carolina.

Ancestors include the following: James Karl Speidel and Mary Susan Zahllar, Robert Karl August Speidel and Claretta Blanch Maurer, George WIlliam Zahllar and Minnie Alfaretta Dean, Karl Ludwig (Charles) Speidel and Juliane Christiane "Katrinka" Fladt, James Knox Polk Maurer and Matilda Ann Miller, Lewis Zahllar and Susan (Susanna?)
