Card index includes name, certificate number, dates of death and burial, age at death, and location of grave. Only certificates through April 1921 were filmed. Later years are included in the index.

Certificates are sequentially numbered with death dates and other death information, names of parents or relatives, place and date of birth, burial lot, and in some cases fee paid. These are chronologically arranged, although many are out of order. Removal and transit permits are included with some of them. Relatives furnished some of the information on the certificates.
