Notes

Thomas Lamkin was probably born in England. He married Eleanor in about 1646. They emigrated before 1653 and settled in Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, Vermont, Maine, New York and Quebec.
