Descendants of five Craven brothers: John Craven, born ca. 1738-1740, died 1785 near Bentleville, Somerset Twp., Washington Co., Pa., married Frances Wallace ca. 1761; James Craven, born ca. 1740-1743, died in Nelson Co., Kentucky ca. 1799. He married his third wife Jemima Pelton in Nelson Co., Ky. on Nov. 1, 1786; Armon Craven (ca. 1750-1833) married Abigail Hathaway. He died in Jessamine Co., Kentucky; Jeremiah Craven (ca. 1755-1825) was married to Grace. He died in Boone Co., Kentucky; Elisha Craven (ca. 1756-1825) married ca. 1780 Frances Sarah Dawkins. He died in Jessamine Co., Ky.
