Notes
Dr. George W. Middleton was born on 10 Dec 1866 near Hamilton's Fort, Utah. He had four sisters. After graduation, he attended medical school in the East and became a noted surgeon. Dr. Middleton attended and trained at several famous hospitals throughout the U. S. and Europe. Politics was also a part of his life at various points. After graduation from medical school, Dr. Middleton took a wife and they had six children. He died a very famous doctor on 8 Dec. 1938.
