Two sons of Hans Hauer of Neureuth, Germany, Christoph and Bernard, were the immigrant ancestors to America. Christoph (ca. 1701-1780) married Eva Müller in Blankenloch, Germany in 1729. Hans Bernard (b. 1715) married Anna Maria Meinzer in 1737. They came to America about 1751 and settled in Pennsylvania.
