The jurisdiction of the Cheriton Peculiar Court includes the parishes of Cheriton, Kilmeston (now Kilmiston) and Tichborne (now Titchborne). The jurisdiction of the Old Alresford Peculiar Court includes the parishes of Old Alresford, New Alresford (Alresford), and Medstead.

The Hampshire Peculiar Court records have now been moved to the Winchester County Record Office. All of these courts have been combined and are arranged chronologically and indexed.
