In 1865 and 1866 most of Wyoming was part of the Idaho Territory.

"On the single roll of this microfilm publication are reproduced bound volumes of tax assessment lists for the single collection district established for the Territory of Idaho by Executive order dated July 15, 1864. ... These records are part of Record Group 58, Records of the Internal Revenue Service, in the National Archives. ... The records reproduced in this microcopy were prepared for filming by Claudine J. Weiher, who also wrote these intorductory remarks...." -- P. 1, 3.
