These lists were created to record information on the representatives of the taxable social classes. These records may include Jewish communities, Old Believers' communities, military recruits, city dwellers, petty bourgeois and foreigners. Some volumes include a name index. Unless otherwise indicated, multiple localities or record types are mixed together on each item. Also includes misc. documents of the city council. Text in Russian.
