Microfilm of original card file in possession of Mrs. Willard C. Barnes, Charleston, South Carolina.

A compilation of the names of the 104 passengers of the Mayflower and 163,593 (as of September 1966) of their descendants. The work was started under the title "Alden Master Index" and was limited to descendants of John Alden. It was later amplified to include descendants of all Mayflower passengers.
