Surnames with no volume number or page number indicate only a certificate number was available and the Bureau of Vital Statistics needs to be contacted for futher information. Illigitimate and still births are confidental and are not found in this index. If a mistake is found please contact the County Clerk for verification.

NOTE: Birth record v. A contains Heinrich August Otto Kleine on page 23 who is not listed in any of the indexes.
