Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Grantham (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from England and Ireland. Some came to America in the 1600-1800s. Some focus is on (but not limited to) families of John Grantham (c1700-1754) of Fairfax County, Virginia, and of Edward Grantham of Surry County, Virginia. These and other Granthams immigrated to Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia in the 1600s. In the 1700s, some settled in Indiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. During the 1800s, some moved to Quebec (Canada), Australia, and to Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma (Indian Territory), Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia. Later descendants and relatives also lived in England, Korea, Sweden, and in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, South Dakota, Washington, Washington D.C., and elsewhere.
