"On the thirteen rolls of this microfilm publication, M2071, are reproduced card manifests of alien arrivals at Vanceboro, ME, ca. 1906-December 24, 1952. The cards are arranged alphabetically and include permanent and temporary arrivals. A few cards document arrivals between 1888 and 1905, and rolls 10 and 11 include a few arrivals at Halifax, Nova Scotia, and St. John, New Brunswick. These records are part of the Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Record Group (RG) 85." -- p. 1.
May include name, age, sex, marital status, place of birth, citizenship, place of last permanent residence, port and date of arrival, destination, name and address of the friend or relative the alien intended to join, and other information.
