Some of the records have been published. Many of these appear in the "Archives of Maryland." Many notes appear on the film about publication of material, people and other miscellaneous information.

"A guide to the microfilm editon of the Calvert papers" is available for purchase from the Maryland Historical Society. This would be an aid for scholars who need this kind of information. Our library call number is 975.2 A3e.

The guides which are filmed on the first two rolls of film are older ones and are not entirely accurate but are useful to find material in a general way.

The quit rents have place and name indexes and the debt books have name indexes.
