Scarpizzolo fu aggregato a Oriano con Pedergnaga e Trignano nel 1814 fino al 1815. Nel 1816 diventò di nuovo un comune autonomo fino al 1927 quando venne aggregato al comune di Pedergnaga. Il toponimo di Pedergnaga cambiò in San Paolo nell 1964. Per registri dal 1814-1815 vedi: Italia, Brescia, Oriano con Pedergnaga e Trignano. Stato civile.
Scarpizzolo became a hamlet in the jurisdiction of Oriano con Pedergnaga e Trignano in 1814. After 1815 it was once again an autonomous community.
