UNION VETERAN DIED SATURDAY Peter Courter, age 72 years old, died last Saturday at his home, 806 Ferris Avenue, of Bright's disease. He leaves a wife and eleven children, one son and one daughter at home, three sons in Iowa, one in Nebraska, one in Indiana, and four daughters in Iowa. He was a Union soldier, served in Company G, 86 Ohio Infantry, and was a member of the local G. A. R. Post. The body was prepared for burial by the Ritter Undertaking Company and will be held awaiting the arrival of relatives. Mr. Courter came to Lawton six years ago from Washington, Iowa. AFTERNOON The funeral services for Peter Courter, who died Saturday, will be held Wednesday from the family residence, 806 Ferris Avenue, by Rev. T. J. Irwin of the Presbyterian church with burial in the Lawton cemetery. The following children of Mr. Courter have arrived to attend the funeral: Mrs. Mary Hannah, Miss Ruth Courter, and Harlan Courter, all of Winfield, Iowa; Leslie Courter of Indianapolis, Ind.; and Mr. and Mrs. J.
