Dan Call

Dan Call has been with the Family History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or FamilySearch since 2011. He originally worked in Marketing Communications and was also on the original RootsTech team for the first five years.

Dan moved to the Family Discovery Team to help create new, fun, and innovative ways to help beginners, especially kids, youth, and families, start their family history journey. He has been instrumental in creating the first Discovery Centers, especially the flagship Discovery Center in the FamilySearch Library in Salt Lake City, Utah. His team has also created many of the wonderful experiences on the Activities Tab of FamilySearch.

Currently, he and his team have been working to developed Together by FamilySearch, bringing the living family into family history.

He just celebrated his 25th anniversary to his amazing wife Angie and is blessed to have four amazing kids. He currently resides in Kaysville, Utah.
