F. NELSON BLOUNT

PETERBORO, N.H. — Funeral services for Francis Nelson Blount, 49, of Dublin, N.H., who was killed in an airplane crash there last week, were held on Monday at the National Guard Armory here. Officiating was the Rev. Melvin Moody, of the Dublin Christian Academy of Dublin, and the Rev. John DeBrine of the Ruggles Street Baptist Church in Boston, Mass. Burial will be in Dublin Cemetery, Dublin.

Mr. Blount was born May 21, 1918, in Warren, R.I., son of Willis and Ruth (Gibbs) Blount. His business holdings Included the Blount Seafood Corp. and the Blount Marine Corp., both In Warren, R.I., and B & M Marine Corp. in Manchester, N. H. He owned Steamtown U.S.A. Yn Bellows Falls, Vt., and the Edaville Railroad in South Carver, Mass.

Survivors besides his parents include his wife, Mrs. Ruth (Palmer) Blount of Dublin, four

sons, Frederick Blount of Denver, Colo., Robert Blount, Stephen Blount, and William Blount, all of Dublin, one daughter, Miss Carolyn Blount of Dublin, one brother, Luther Blount of Bristol, R.I., nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dublin Christian Academy in Dublin, N.H., are requested.

A memorial service was held today in the Barrington Baptist Church in Barrington, R.I.
