Birth, baptism, marriage, death, and burial records taken from metrical books kept by the churches in the Zaporizhzhia region of Ukraine. During the period when most of these records were created, this region was called Aleksandrovsk and was part of the Russian Empire’s Yekaterinoslav Governate. These records were acquired from the State Archives of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Ukraine.
