  • Evidence of TWO Janes: Jane Eager and Nizshua a.k.a. Jane Egar, Agar, Hagar, Hagon, Ayer, Aegur, Mrs. Jane Bennett AND Jane Bennett, possibly due to NATIVE Half-Breed literacy input.

Jane Eager of Scottish ancestry was born 15 July 1799, therefore she was NOT native American and would have been dead before the January conception of ***Royal Zebulon Bennett who was born to a native American mother in Shoreham, Vermont on 28 September 1825, therefore Jane Eager would have been dead before his January 1825 conception. Family history from 4 different family lines recognized that Royal, Joel, William Justin and Manley were half-breed children of William AND Nizshua.

Jane Eager may have died from the birth of Adaline Amanda Bennett 30 June 1824–1908 • G2HX-41T who was born JUST 13 months after Katharine H Bennett 4 May 1823–1855 • GQKM-9X8 or after Katharine's birth. These were short terms between two pregnancies. Adaline was born fifteen months before Royal.

Jeanette is a substitute name for Jane, Jean, Janet and others. Therefore, my ASSUMPTION is that Jeanette is the true Jane's daughter and Jane Eager probably died 1822 or 1824 after one of her daughter's births or shortly after a birth. FHM aka Elbert Richard Brower

17 April 2025 FHM changed the spelling from Nashua to Nizshua because in the Penobscot-Abenaki language niz is two. The name may be yet modified as proofs become available.

    *****************************************************************************

    Nizshua K23L-2QP was 50 in 1850 US Census 2 August 1850

Nizshua was 54 in 1855 NY Census dated 22 March 1855

Therefore Nizshua was born between March 22 - August 2 of 1800, NOT Jane Eager's LTRS-2NS birthday 15 July 1799. added by FamHistMan. In 1850 Jane Eager born July 15, 1799 would have been 51 in August 1850 and would have been 55 almost 56 on July 15, 1855.

My great grandfather Royal Zebulon was by family tale a "half-breed", half native American.

Also Manley was known as an "Indian Boy".
