Funeral services O.W. "Windy" DOBBS, 78, of McKey, are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 17 at McKey Baptist Church in McKey with Dr. Wyman Dobbs and Rev. Curtis Bias officiating. Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He was born on March 22, 1926 to Henry Harold DOBBS and Bessie Jane (BYNUM) DOBBS in McKey. He died on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 in Vian. He married Avis McMILLAN on July 24, 1950 in Angola, Ind. Survivors include his wife, of the home; two daughters, Yoland Jane and her husband Gary, and Tanya Lane; two sons, Dr. Wyatt Zane and Wyman Dane and his wife Michelle; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters, Orlene Catherine, Oma Pauline, Opal Patsy, and Ora Lee; and one brother, Oren Douglas. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Oletha NIHISER and Ola Jean NORVELL; three brothers, Olen "Red" DOBBS, Orville Harold DOBBS, and Otis DOBBS; and one grandson, Tekon LeJay McCUNE.
