The majority of the records deal with land and property.

Includes petitions for appointment of road supervisors, poll records, liquor licenses, jury lists, establishment of voting precincts, marriage records, stray and brand registrations, and land records. Contains abstracts of town lots, numerical index of ranges, grantor-grantee, the type of document or instrument, the date of filing, book, page number, and remarks.

Includes some records from the County Court, county clerk, county board of commissioners, justices of the peace, county board of supervisors, and register of deeds.
