Rosenbaum was a steamship company selling tickets in the Philadelphia area.

Ticket purchases are primarily to or from Philadelphia but some other ports in the U.S. are included.

Records give passenger's age, address, port of departure and arrival, purchaser's name and residence.

Each volume includes indexes, except for those volumes which are continuations of other volumes. It is necessary to refer to the index in the first volume which also indexes the continuation.
