Expo Hall FAQ
What are the hours of the Onsite Expo Hall?
- Thursday, March 5th 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Friday, March 6th 9:00 AM - 6:00 pm
- Saturday, March 7th 9:00 AM - 3:00 pm (Family Discovery Day)
What are the hours of the Virtual Expo Hall?
The virtual expo hall is available all 24 hours of the event.
Can I make changes to my booth content once I have submitted it?
Once you have submitted your content and completed the final booth review, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make additional changes. Please contact us at exhibitor@rootstech.org with any questions.
How long will my virtual booth be available to attendees?
Your virtual booth content will be up until October 1st, 2026.
What are the guidelines for my content as a sponsor?
Learning videos will need a title, description, and an image for a thumbnail (px size 1920x1080).
Downloadable resources like slides and syllabus must be a PDF file, with a matching title to the learning video.
What are my responsibilities in creating video content?
As the content creator you have sole liability to meet all intellectual property laws and regulations. We strongly suggest that you use only licensed music, images or video of people where you have express permission to use said content. RootsTech is a family friendly environment all content must be appropriate for all ages.
