Jimmer and Whitney Fredette
Heading to Paris 2024 as a formidable member of the US Men's 3x3 Basketball Team, Jimmer Fredette brings a legacy steeped in excellence and a profound passion for the game.
A former BYU and March Madness legend, Jimmer's journey in basketball has been adorned with numerous accolades and triumphs. In 2023, he clinched the FIBA 3x3 Masters MVP title and led his team to victory as the FIBA Masters 3x3 Champion, securing a Silver at that World Cup.
Prior to this, he honed his skills through six seasons in both the NBA and NBA G-League, where he showcased his prowess as a three-point shooter, earning the moniker of the face of “Jimmer Mania.” His achievements include being named the 2011 National Player of the Year and receiving the 2011 ESPYS Best Male College Athlete award.
Off the court, Jimmer is a devoted husband to Whitney Fredette and a loving father to three children. Together, they founded the Fredette Family Foundation, dedicated to fortifying families and empowering youth through initiatives such as bully prevention programs, partnerships with school districts, and their philosophy of "jimmerosity" — the art of giving generously of oneself.
