Researching the identity of my Chinese Great-Great-Grandfather

My great-great-grandfather was one of many Chinese that immigrated to Australia for the Gold rush in 1850. Connecting back to Chinese miners family roots is sometimes challenging because many adopted English names that did not include their Chinese family names. The video describes the process of discovery I followed to piece together the Australian record information of his life and the clues we discovered along the way. Based on this information we plan to begin a search for further clues and records in China.
