"Copies of handwritten notes in Petersburg Public Library, Petersburg, Virginia. -- T.p. (all volumes).

Thomas Nimmo (1838-1904) lived in Petersburg and Richmond in his later years. During these years, he mad careful handwritten notes in ten or twelve notebooks about the genealogy and history of Virginia. These notes were given to the Petersburg Public Library after his death. The copying, typing, proof-reading, and binding of these volumes was undertaken by the Colonel John Banister Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
