注釈

"Record of aliens filing declarations of intentions to become citizens of the United States. This volume includes entries made under the Court of Common Pleas from 1796 to 1831 and then for the Superior Court from 1832 to 1858. The record contains declarations of intention and the final petitions for admittance to citizenship. Declarations of intention give name of declarant, date of declaration, country of birth, place of United States residency, age, renunciation of allegiance to former state or sovereignty, and signatures of declarant and Prothonotary. Petitions give name of petitioner, date of court appearance, place of birth, Court making declaration, renunciation of former allegiance, name of witness for residency and character, and signatures of petitioner and Prothonotary.".
