Planning research is an essential step in the process of meeting the first component of the Genealogical Proof Standard: "reasonably exhaustive research." This session will help attendees to identify logical sources and efficiently prioritize research steps. Those coming to this session would benefit from understanding the elements of the Genealogical Proof Standard as well as bringing a laptop to the session.

This session will discuss how to determine and write effective research questions to guide your research strategy and process.
