How do I send a Thank You for Indexing?

Say Thank You allows you to send a thank-you message to the person who indexed a record. You see the option on the page where you see the indexed details of a historical record. Not all record collections include the option.

The message that you send is an expression of thanks that you cannot edit or expand. The message includes your name. Otherwise, the other person does not see your personal information.
