Support for Dell FamilySearch center computers

For repairs or replacements of Dell computers still under warranty* (Dell systems come with a 3-year warranty), the stake technology specialist should call Dell Pro Support at: 1-866-876-3355 (U.S. and Canada).

In Australia, look for an asset tag on the computer with the local phone number.

In Europe, the stake technology specialist can contact Dell online to report a faulty PC at: https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/uk/en/ukbsdt1/contactus/dynamic. The website automatically selects the country. All PCs purchased have Dell Pro Support which means support for both hardware and software issues.

Dell Pro Support guarantees a wait time of less than 2 minutes to speak with an agent. 

You need this information:

  • Service Tag number
  • Express Service Code number

Be sure to write down the Dell case number issued during the call.

*You can check the warranty status at Dell.com. Click Support. (Each region has its own website, so any center can check its warranty status.)

If a new Dell computer arrives in a damaged condition, please call the number on the asset tag on the back of the computer.
