Use the steps below to register a new Lexmark printer or to register an existing Lexmark printer with a new IP address:
- Go to https://fhcprofile.familysearchsupport.org/printers/new.
- Enter the FamilySearch center unit ID, and click Continue.
- Enter the printer model, serial number, printer IP address, and the technician's name (whoever configured the printer).
- Click Submit.
Lexmark automatically receives notification of the device with the IP address and starts to monitor it for toner replacement. Please leave printers on at all times so Lexmark can monitor toner levels.
