When you have finished indexing an image in the batch, you move to the next image, and index it.
Steps
- At the end of the last entry in an image, verify that all of the information for that image has been indexed.
- If you need to add an entry, at the bottom of the field entry form, click Create Entry.
- If the project is preset to a specific number of entries but you do not need all of them, you must mark the extra entries blank before you can move to the next image.
- When the image has been fully indexed, click Next image.
Note: Other ways to access the next image are:
- Click the > icon that is located to the right of the image.
- If the > does not appear, it means the image ribbon is showing at the bottom of the page. Click the thumbnail of the next image.
