Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Wilkerson (and variant spellings) families whose Norman ancestors settled in England, Scotland and Ireland (especially the Wilkins of Glamorgan). Focus is on those families who immigrated to America before 1850. Some landed first in Barbados, Nevis, and the Somers Islands, and in Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Carolina and Virginia in the early 1600's. During the 1700's, some also settled Nova Scotia (Canada), Jamaica, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Some Loyalists migrated into New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario in the 1800's, and others moved to Cuba, Bermuda, Brazil, Alabama, California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Some later descendants also lived in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, New Zealand, and elsewhere.
