Fiduciaries are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased person's estate.

Volume 3 was done by the Circuit Court. Even though the column headings were the same as v. 2 and 4, the information was not recorded in the columns. Information consisted of names of plaintiffs and defendants, date and type of court actions.

Gives number; name of fiduciary; character (guardian, administrator, executor or committee); name of decedent; name of person for whom guardian, curator or committee; penalty of bond; names of sureties; and date of order conferring authority.

Volumes are individually indexed.
