Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Hammock (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from England. Some settled in Richmond County, Virginia in the 1600's, and belonged to the North Farnham Parish and the Lunenburg Parish. In the 1700's, some settled in Georgia, Massachusetts, and North Carolina. Later families also lived in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and elsewhere.
