Cover title.

This 1986/1987 supplement is composed of the 66 pages at the end; it includes a [2] p. letter at its beginning, with some additional genealogical data, composed and inserted in 1988. "On page 15 of the original notes I recited the recorded deeds of one John Acre of Frederick County, Virginia in 1786 and 1805. I related that the deed of John and Mary Acre of 1786 conflicted with the marriage register entry of John and Catherine Acre of September 8, 1789. I then concluded that it had to be the same man, married twice or obviously two different men. I now know that they were two men and that they were father and son. This has now been supported by irrefutable evidence found in the collection of original land warrants in Richmond, Virginia plus marriage registers and U.S. census records"--(P. 3 at end). John Aker Sr. was an illiterate German immigrant who applied for land in 1769 in Frederick County, Virginia. The author also shows passenger arrival data for two Acker individuals, one in 1749 and one in 1753. The supplement also includes genealogical data about further descendants and relatives of the above mentioned father and son. These descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Ohio, Louisiana and elsewhere.

Includes Achor (Acre), Werz as a variant spelling of Worz.

Includes Achor, Aker, Acre, Richoux, Borne, Worz, Werz, Smithson, Hickey, Trenay, Johnson, Fetterling, Good and related families.
