Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Graves (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from England and Ireland. Immigrant ancestors include Captain Thomas Graves who settled Jamestown, Virginia in 1607, and others who also settled Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Virginia in the 1600's. In the 1700's, some emigrated to Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Vermont. During the 1800's, some moved to Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin. Later descendants and relatives also lived in Ecuador, and in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and elsewhere.
