This is the sixth record on this film.
Divided into two sections which are both in alphabetical order and give the name of the deceased, and dates of birth and death. First section also gives where the deceased is from and was supposed to contain burials for persons born before the Civil War. The second section does not give place where from but does give age at time of death. It contains persons born after the Civil War although a few born before the war are included.
