THERE ARE NO LISTS FOR DISTRICT 8. -- DISTRICT 9 - Established 25 Jan. 1866 to include Bath, Boyd, Carter, Fleming, Floyd, Greenup, Johnson, Lawrence, Lewis, Magoffin, Mason, Montgomery, Morgan, Pike, Powell and Rowan counties.
