Newsletter for the interchange of genealogical data and history of the Graves (and variant spellings) families who came mainly from England, Germany, and Ireland. Some allied families came from England, France, Germany, Norway, Prussia, and Wales. Some focus is on, but not limited to Captain Thomas Graves, who settled in Jamestown, Virginia in 1607. Other immigrant ancestors immigrated to Jamaica and Barbados (West Indies), and to Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, and Virginia in the 1600-1700s. During the 1800s, some moved to British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Ontario (Canada), Australia, Puerto Rico, and to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, the Indian Territory (later Oklahoma), Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin. Later descendants also lived in Alberta and Saskatchewan (Canada), China, England, Germany, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, Switzerland, Thailand, and in Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, South Dakota, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wyoming, and elsewhere.
