Covid Update
The FHC is open!
Masks are no longer required in the FHC.
But we welcome patrons to wear a mask for their own comfort.
And we will adjust our mask policy based upon the most current science and legal requirements.
Visit us on Facebook
New York City Family History Center.
Volunteers Needed
If you have any experience with FamilySearch and/or genealogy, we need your help. The FHC is operated entirely by volunteers. Just a few hours a week of your time can help the FHC return to pre-Covid hours. Plus you will enjoy full digital access to FamilySearch for your own research. Please email, call, or visit to learn more. Help keep the FHC open!
