Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of Alexander Stewart. He was born between 1752 and 1755 in Calloway, Scotland. He immigrated to America ca. 1773. He married first Mary Anderson. She was born ca. 1760 in Virginia. She died after 1793. They were the parents of eight children. He married second Catherine Sheets. They were the parents of one child. He died between January and August of 1835 in Kentucky.
